Casey Hoyer, Founder and Lead Attorney at Hoyer Law Firm in Lehi, Utah
Founder and Lead Attorney

Casey T. Hoyer is the co-founder and lead attorney of Hoyer Law Firm, which he built alongside his wife and General Manager, Analia Hoyer, with a deliberate vision for what a family law firm should be: strategically rigorous, systems-driven, and genuinely client-centered from the first consultation to the final order.

Casey earned his Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law, the oldest law school in the Western United States, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and has litigated more than 2,000 family law cases across the state. His practice is concentrated in high-asset divorce, complex property and business interest division, contested custody litigation, and high-conflict matters where the financial and personal stakes demand a trial-ready strategy from the outset.

What distinguishes Casey's representation is his trial-first approach to every case. Regardless of how a matter is likely to resolve, he builds strategy from day one as though trial is on the table, ensuring that clients are never caught underprepared and that opposing parties understand the cost of unreasonable positions. That discipline is reinforced by his completion of the Kolodny Trial Skills Course at the National Family Law Trial Institute, one of the most selective and demanding trial training programs available to family law attorneys in the country, where he finished as the course's top scorer. His background in psychology sharpens both his case theory and his read of the people involved, an advantage that surfaces consistently in high-stakes litigation.

Casey built Hoyer Law Firm around a simple standard: that strategic excellence and genuine client service are not in conflict. Clients navigating high-asset divorce, complex property division, or contested custody matters deserve an attorney who is prepared, organized, and honest about what their case requires from the first conversation forward.
